Everyone knows each other, and the associates are very social - oftentimes going out to lunch together and also hanging out after work. A first-year associate says, "The firm's culture is great! As a summer associate, I built many relationships that continue today. I also feel that even if I didn't have the benefit of summering here, I would feel very welcomed by all. Politically, the firm as a whole is neutral and respectful of everyone's views. Professionally, the firm is top notch and a good example for young attorneys. Lawyers socialize at firm-sponsored events and on our own. We have a cuisine night once a month, a men's steak night, and many of us congregate to play XBOX 360 or golf."
